16th District Community Fun Day

We are going to provide the community with resources, health screenings, children’s activities, and fitness in a festive atmosphere. Food and beverages will be available, as well as a DJ.
Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. (GPHA) will be providing behavioral health screenings.
