What is an online screening?

Screenings are intended to help a person to determine if he or she may be struggling with a mental health challenge. Following a screening, a person is given a comprehensive list of resources. Please note that screenings are not a diagnosis of any kind and do not take the place of a full evaluation or conversation with a trusted clinician or doctor. Take a screening by clicking here.
What is Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)?

Those certified in MHFA are better equipped to answer the questions: “What can I do now?” and “Where can I direct this person to get help?” Learn more and find a training near you by clicking here.
