The Consortium, Inc., University Recovery Center in collaboration with DBHIDS-Mobile Outreach and Recovery Services (MORS), and the EMS Alternative Response Unit (AR-2) will provide a community health outreach intervention on the corner of 52nd and Arch Street in a response to recent increase in Fentanyl Overdoses near 52nd and Arch Street .
