UrStorytellers Online Storytelling Training


Storytelling is a training that is facilitated by UrStorytellers and in collaboration with the City of Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS). This training is one of many training's that has been approved as a required prerequisite for applicants who want to pursue goals of becoming a Certified Peer Specialist. Our goal is to inform the recovery and faith-based communities on how to share their stories in addition to the importance of sharing them in community settings. This 4 hr training is delivered in a power point format, interactive activities also enhance this training. At the conclusion of the training, all participants will receive a certificate of completion.

19th Annual Children and Youth Health Fair Sponsored By Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania and Prince Hall Masonic Family. Food, Prizes, Medical, Dental, Eye Exams, Games, Zumba, Obstacle Course and Much More. Mental Health Screenings by Philadelphia Mental Health Center.


Community Screening and Meet & Greet

On Saturday, September 10, 2022, 1-3 PM, the Consortium's Recovery program, would like to host their very first Community Meet and Greet screening event in the South Philadelphia area. This event will be held at Stinger Square Park the South Philadelphia area of the city. Adult Outpatient as well as TSS has agreed to join this community event and provide screenings. The purpose of the event is not only to make the community aware of the treatment services the Consortium are able to provides, but also to address the Percocet epidemic plaguing the area.
