The Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group seeks to help loss survivors cope, connect, and work toward healing. Trained group facilitators are suicide loss survivors who know firsthand how difficult it can be to find your way after losing someone to suicide. The group is open to anyone 18 years or older who is grieving a loss due to suicide. The group is free and confidential. A live, guided movement therapy session Date & Time: Sunday, November 14th - 06:00 - 07:30 PM EST. 6:00-6:15 PM Welcome & Settle In 6:15-:715 PM Breath, Asana & Meditation Practice 7:15-7:30 PM Optional Community Sharing & Connecting No prior yoga experience required. This is not a fast paced vinyasa yoga session, rather a 60-minute slow and deliberate yoga session to support your physical, emotional and mental wellness. No fancy yoga clothes required; wear what is most comfortable for you to stretch and move in.
