Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Disease
OnlineVirtual Yoga Class Mindful Movement and Meditation Hosted by the University of Pennsylvania Health System for patients of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine. This is an all-levels yoga class that includes guided mindfulness meditation with yoga movement. Family Friendly Rittenhouse Square Holiday Tree Lighting Event
Rittenhouse Square Rittenhouse Square, PhiladelphiaPhiladelphians near and far are invited to kick off the holiday season at the annual Rittenhouse Square holiday park lighting on Wednesday, December 7th. Attendees will enjoy a variety of music including performances by the Philly Pops, the Greater Philadelphia Choral Society, T-VOCE, and the String Theory Charter School chorus. Complimentary refreshments will be provided by Parc, the Rittenhouse Hotel, and Scarpetta, as well as free giveaways and selfies with Santa Claus.
