Wellness Wednesday: Zumba with Yas

Are you tired of sitting at your laptop and need a way to get energized during the middle of the day? Fear not! SPPC has the perfect solution. Join us every third Wednesday of the month at 12:00 PM for a 30 minute Zumba session.
Zumba is an exercise choreography that composes of four basic rhythms like salsa, reggaeton, merengue and cumbia. It is a total body cardio and aerobic workout that typically burns 300 to 900 calories per session. No worries, it’s safe for all ages and anyone can participate in this fun aerobic exercise.
Some of the perks include improvement of motion and posture, socialization and lowers the risk of heart disease, reduces high blood pressure and bad cholesterol. Although, you might not step away from the laptop, at least you can get some energy while looking at it.
