PATH OFFERING WELLNESS AND DEPRESSION SCREENING
AT: HEALTH CENTER #10
2230 COTTMAN AVENUE
PHILADELPHIA, PA 19149
PATH (People Acting To Help), Inc. will be providing free Wellness and Depression screenings on Thursday October 7th, 2021, from 10am to 2pm. The screening is free, anonymous, and open to all members of the Philadelphia community, and is part of National Depression Screening Day.
To participate, individuals can drop by the Health Center on October 7th between 10am and 2pm and mention that they are interested in a free depression screening. They will then complete a brief screening and, in just a few minutes, will learn whether they might be experiencing behavioral symptoms of depression. PATH staff will be available to answer any questions the person may have and provide referral/resource information if the person would like to receive treatment for depression.
At PATH, we believe that an individual’s understanding of their behavioral health is a key part of maintaining their overall health; identifying signs and symptoms of behavioral health (mental health and/or substance use) challenges is an important part of this process.
Whether you, a family member, or a friend are having challenges with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual disabilities, PATH can help. To learn more about PATH, visit our website at www.pathcenter.org.
