The PHDC Annual Housing Fair, sponsored by Independence Blue Cross, is ALL THINGS HOUSING! The fair has resources for current homeowners, first-time homebuyers, renters, and landlords who are interested in learning more about homeownership, home maintenance, eviction diversion, development opportunities, and other resources.
