It can be used both in single situations or in situations where you see someone multiple times.

Motivational Interviewing techniques support a collaborative conversation to strengthen a person’s own motivation for and commitment to change. This workshop will be an introductory course in Motivational Interviewing. We will discuss the benefits of utilizing this conversational tool as a best practice for trauma informed approaches that support relationships and engagement.
