Healing Through Meditation

Explore the psychological benefits of mindfulness and meditation practices. As a group, we will explore mindfulness meditation and natural-instinctual meditation through experiential learning and discussions. Use this hour for introspection. Understand what if feels like to become in-tune with your physical and and emotional self. Each week, you will have the opportunity to talk about your current life experiences as it relates to your wellbeing. Group Details Issues: Anxiety, Coping Skills, Stress Types of Therapy: Mindfulness-based (MBCT) Age: Adults Group Meets Every other Wednesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm
