A live, guided movement therapy session

Date & Time: Sunday, November 14th – 06:00 – 07:30 PM EST.

6:00-6:15 PM Welcome & Settle In

6:15-:715 PM Breath, Asana & Meditation Practice

7:15-7:30 PM Optional Community Sharing & Connecting

No prior yoga experience required. This is not a fast paced vinyasa yoga session, rather a 60-minute slow and deliberate yoga session to support your physical, emotional and mental wellness. No fancy yoga clothes required; wear what is most comfortable for you to stretch and move in. If you have a yoga mat and/or props, you’re welcome to include them in your practice, but it is not required. All are welcome. Personal video and audio optional.
