The City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services is proud to host the 15th Annual Faith and Spiritual Affairs Conference. The theme this year is “Triumph through Tragedy: Finding Ways to Persevere.” The conference will illustrate how faith communities and the City of Philadelphia have partnered to recognize perseverance, strength, and triumphs in the face of prolonged traumas.
