Child Protective Services (DHS)
You can report suspected abuse or neglect of children 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may choose whether or not to give your name when reporting. Regardless, your name will never be revealed to anyone else. This practice is strictly enforced.

Philadelphia Children’s Alliance
The Philadelphia Children’s Alliance is an independent non-profit organization that promotes healing and justice for sexually abused children in Philadelphia. They collaborate with partners in child protection, law enforcement, and medical and mental health services to provide forensic interviews, victim support and counseling services at the Philadelphia Safety Collaborative, a co-located child-friendly facility.

Women Organized Against Rape (WOAR)
WOAR, Philadelphia’s only rape crisis center, provides free counseling and trauma therapy services to child and teen survivors of sexual violence, including survivors of sex trafficking. Free counseling and trauma therapy services offered include individual and group sessions.  WOAR’s Sexual Assault Counselors also provide court accompaniment to children, teens, and their families. Folks in need of WOAR services do not require insurance.
