Are you interested in helping others through their recovery journey?\u00a0 Would you like to use your knowledge and lived experience to make a difference in the lives of others?<\/p>\n

Storytelling is a training facilitated by UrStorytellers<\/a> in collaboration with the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS).<\/p>\n

This is one of many trainings that has been approved as a required prerequisite for applicants who want to pursue goals of becoming a Certified Peer Specialist<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to inform the recovery and faith-based communities on how to share their stories in addition to the importance of sharing these stories in community settings.<\/p>\n<\/div>
