It is an event in collaboration with Keystone First insurance and APM. Services like Telehealth appointments, eye exams with free readers, medical screenings (Blood Pressure, A1C, etc) will be provided for Keystone first members. Participants will also receive gift cards from Keystone First for each screening they partake in.
