DESCRIPTION:The Mill Creek Garden Fest will provide free food\, health screenings\, behavioral health screenings from PHMC\, tree plantings\, youth arts contest\, live DJ\, games\, prizes and more. \nDeeply Rooted is a community-academic collaborative that uses the healing power of nature to promote health in Black and Brown neighborhoods. \nDeeply Rooted is a joint effort between Penn Medicine and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia led by the Penn Urban Health Lab.
