DESCRIPTION:The “Women Elevating Women” event is a free community gathering designed to empower and support women in prioritizing their physical\, mental\, and emotional well-being. This even offers a variety of activities\, including workshops\, and discussions focused on self-care practices and personal development. The goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where women can come together to learn\, connect\, and uplift each other. \nPMHC will participate in the event providing Behavioral Health Screenings and Resources for well-being.
