DESCRIPTION:Merakey Total Health will be providing a Heart Health Fair which will offer blood pressure checks\, heart health presentation\, healthy snacks and more. They will be providing tour of newly renovated facility which will be offering primary medical health care. \nMerakey Philadelphia Outpatient will be there to conduct mental health screenings for anyone who is interested in learning more about their own mental health and resources that are available for it.
