This event is an opportunity for our district community\, staff and students to learn about Mental Health Resources that are available in our city by visiting tables staffed by our partners\, while also enjoying games\, prizes and music. Our hope is that this collaborative event will leave guests feeling uplifted and informed with resources that they can utilize themselves and/or take back to their peers\, colleagues and schools.

This hands-on workshop will explore the benefits of using collage techniques to cope with work-related stressors\, enhance self-awareness\, and strengthen resilience. \nBy popular demand – this event is focused on doing the activities. \nWhat to have: You will need a flat surface to build upon such as heavy-duty paper\, cardboard\, or canvas\, as well as some magazines\, scissors\, glue\, and a writing utensil.\nYour choice of available art materials – such as pencils\, markers\, and paint – is optional. \nNo artistic skill is needed! \nPresenter: Eve J.
