SUMMARY:Adolescent Support Group
DESCRIPTION:NAMI Philadelphia is excited to launch its Adolescent Support Group this month! This group is for ages 12-17 and meets every Wednesday at 5 pm on the third floor of the Scattergood Building of Friends Hospital. Participants must complete a registration form and provide a signed permission slip before attendance. This group will be facilitated by Ailkhees Ponton (aponton@namiphilly.org) and John Pillar (jpillar@bdo.com). The group will be anticipated to be from 5 pm-6 pm but may extend to 6:30 pm depending on the session. \nRegistration Link\nPermission Slip

No es un requisito que los participantes hablen únicamente inglés ni español. El grupo es un espacio más dirigido a apoyar las necesidades culturales de los latinxs y su proceso de duelo. Esperamos que vengan! \nHay Otros-Latinxs con Duelo is a support group for latinxs/hispanxs that have lost a loved to substance use/overdose. Participants are not required to speak solely English nor Spanish as this is a space that is more directed to support the cultural needs of Latinxs and their grieving process.
