SUMMARY:Ur Storytellers Storytelling Training
DESCRIPTION:Storytelling is a training facilitated by UrStorytellers in collaboration with the City Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbility Services (DBHIDS). This training is one of many that is approved as a required prerequisite for applicants who want to become a Certified Peer Specialist. \nOur goal is to inform the recovery and faith-based communities on how to share their stories and the importance of sharing them in community settings. This training will be 4hrs. At length\, delivered in a PowerPoint format\, and interactive activities enhance this training. After the training\, all participants will receive a certificate of completion.
