Shari Brightful has worked closely with the Philadelphia Transition Coordinating Council\, Employment 1st Initiative\, Transition Planning Project\, and the Charter School Forum on Transition. Shari began her career with the Philadelphia BVRS District Office as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Intern and has served as the District Administrator since July 2015. Kimberly Robinson\, M.S. has worked for the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation for 16 years.
