Mindfulness Tools for Wellbeing

Mindfulness tools are used to support well-being by helping us to focus on the present moment, instead of getting lost in repetitive thinking, worry, or behavior. Just like any other resilience skill, the more we practice, the better we get at doing it and the easier it is to do.
