National Council of Negro Women Family Day

Family Day is an outdoor event for the community that offers resources and fun for all ages. It is an annual event sponsored by the Philadelphia PA section of the National Council of Negro Women. Activities include health educational resources, entertainment, free clothing, and snacks.

Community Day

Community Day is a collaboration of multiple community partners to provide resource information on health and social services to residents of Southwest Philadelphia. The event is sponsored by Life, Inc. The event will include food, fun, covid testing, voter registration, health screenings, giveaways and more. Women’s Institute for Family Health will provide behavioral health screenings in partnership with DBHIDS Healthy Minds initiative.
