CPS Supervisor’s Virtual Training

This 12-hour course lays the foundation of Supervision in a Peer Support Environment, grounded in understanding of CPS roles and Recovery Values. This course includes SAMHSA's Core Competencies of Peer Support, OMHSAS Standards of Supervision for Peer Support, Kadushin's Social Work model on the Functions of Supervision, Reflective Supervision basics, and examines Trauma-informed principles in a supervisory context. The course will be held virtually via Zoom.
